John Poore

John specializes in leadership training and coaching. In addition to serving as the principal of Whole Leaders, John is a trainer for the nationally-recognized Rockwood Leadership Institute which specializes in delivering best practices and methodologies in leadership development to the non-profit community. He is the founder of Eco Education, a Minnesota-based organization that empowers young people and teachers to improve environmental conditions in their communities. His innovative approach helps leaders organize their lives around their Purpose to support thriving organizations and communities.

John’s clients represent a variety of sectors including healthcare, education, environmental protection and philanthropy. He holds a Masters Degree in Education from Montana State University, Billings. John lives with his family in Montana where he is an avid hiker, beekeeper and gardener.

Pamela ChiangPamela Chaing

Pamela Chiang is President of Chiange Inc. and is passionate about guiding leaders to get the results they want through coaching, training, facilitation and organizational consultation. An experienced leader who has spent over twenty years forming, operating and advising organizations, she understands how to
create cultures inside organizations so teams can be effective at achieving their results. She is known for a style that aligns people from diverse racial, cultural, gender, generational and geographic experiences towards common purpose. Pamela is a coach with the Rockwood Leadership Institute, a trained mediator,
and holds a BA in environmental science from the University of California at Berkeley. She was raised in a multi-generational immigrant household in San Francisco, California. In addition to her work with Chiange Inc. she is a cowgirl rancher in Montana where she and her husband raise their two young boys.

Patrick Scott

Patrick specializes in facilitation, custom interventions, consulting and executive coaching. A former clinical social work specialist and department manager at the Emergency Department of Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, California, Patrick brings additional specialties in mental health, healthcare administration, mediation and crisis intervention, and conflict resolution between disparate groups. His clients are leaders in industries that include media/entertainment, science, technology, healthcare and non-profits, many of which number among the Fortune 500. His vision is to assist individuals and groups to take greater responsibility for improving the quality and effectiveness of their personal and professional lives. His commitment is to create bridges of dialogue and shared vision. Patrick holds a Master of Social Work degree from California State University, Long Beach and retains licensure in clinical social work (LCSW) by The California Board of Behavioral Sciences and The State of Nevada, as well as holding two national certifications in hypnotherapy. Patrick is married with two feline children and has passions for good food, fine wine and great friends.

Shelley Hayes

Shelley is the Chief Empowerment Officer of Empowerment Inc., a self-defense and assertiveness company.  She is driven by a strengths-based coaching framework and understanding of the very real impact that leaders have on a workforce.  She specializes in assertive communication, bullying prevention, healthy boundaries, conflict resolution, and accountability.   Shelley worked in HIV/AIDS services and human rights organizations prior to transitioning into corporate and healthcare realms where she developed corporate universities, leadership academies and efforts to improve employee culture and engagement.

Shelley partners with clients in the following industries:  healthcare, design firms, not-for-profit organizations, police associations, and education.  She holds a Master’s Degree in both Business Administration and Management, as well as a Certified Professional Coaching certificate.

Shelley lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, with her wife and four fur babies.  She travels frequently to Montana to visit her family and friends, including two grown sons and two beautiful grandchildren.
